"I was absolutely astounded with the dryer. It dries even to a basically ironing free. No matter how much you use it, it performs hassle free and reliable. Having two small children it copes with constant use,time and again.

"We have the equivalent washing machine so chose to get this dryer to match.
At first the number of settings and options was overwhelming compared to our previous dryer, but once you get used to it this Samsung dryer is brilliant.
Dries well, easy to clean, self warnings and auto-stop functions.
Plus the energy rating and cost saving of this machine was appealing too. "
"Best washing machine by far my clothes have came out much cleaner than with my previous washing machine. Also the noise leave on this machine is brilliant much quieter especially when on a spin.
Love the little tune it plays when the wash has ended.
I also went and treated myself to its twin tumble dryer love that too and the little light in the door. My clothes come out lovely I use the towel setting on everything saving on energy I have noticed the difference.
All I can say is well worth the money good investment on both items."
"I hope people get to read this review as the poor ones clearly get covered by the “good” reviews.
We’ve had this machine for almost a year. It’s terrible. It can take 4hrs to dry a load. Every setting takes 3-4hrs. The advertised 35min quick cycle doesn’t dry in less than an hour and a half, even if it’s just 1 shirt.
Worse than the machine itself is the mind boggling lunacy you have to go through dealing with Samsung support. Our 3rd phone call with them ended after they wanted to know how many pieces of underwear we put in with our other clothes.
Finally we got hold of AO support directly and they have managed to get us an engineer appointment.
This was not a cheap dryer and should be avoided at all costs"
