"The machine is VERY much quieter than our previous dishwasher. The extra cleaning zone with its special supports for pans works well on removing porridge and frying pan remains. The cutlery rack on the top most shelf leaves room for another pan where a cutlery basket often sits. The rinse aid was set to 5 (high) by default so worth checking and reducing if possible to save money. The programming is pretty much self evident and the written instructions are clear. The delay timer is easy to use and it gives a warning if the door is left open. We are very impressed and recommend this product. "

"The way this dishwasher is set out is very poor indeed, to fit dinner plates in you need to raise the top rack (not in itself unusual in a dishwasher) but this means the top rack no longer has enough room for side plates, wine glasses & glasses larger than half a pint, there isn't even enough room for the machines own fold out wine glass supports which need to be removed from the machine to avoid hitting the cutlery rack in the very top of the machine, bad idea manufacturers, stick to a cutlery basket.
Our machine also has a rhythmic thump thump thump when it is washing and this can be heard throughout the house. I have stood the machine in the middle of the kitchen and made sure it was standing perfectly level with no pipes touching it etc and doing a wash even with it completely empty still results in the headache inducing thud, thud, thud.
The main reason i bought this appliance was because the AO spec page show it as hot fill which is handy to save messing about with pipes but i wish i had bought a cheaper cold fill machine now that didn't require you to be a dishwasher Tetris guru."

"Unfortunately it was faulty - the first wash wasn’t done properly, most came out not clean. The second wash didn’t do as an “F15” code came up and it did nothing more. The engineers couldn’t find the problem so we changed it for a Bosch."
"Most importantly the wife likes it. She tells me it washes very well and drys everything really well, so definitely recommended."
"Not good. The “clever idea” of separate cutlery tray at the top of the machine leaves insufficient room for anything other than mugs on the middle level. Avoid this machine"
