"Do not buy! It won’t let me put no stars. We bought this from AO last January after buying our home. Put on yesterday morning before work and smelt burning so turned off my partner took apart and found that the circuit board in the control panel had burnt if we had not turned off it could have caught fire. Terrifying. I have contacted Beko and am waiting for their response. "
