"I only wanted to purchase a reasonably priced product and liked the look of the Beko oven. Its very simple to use and heats up very quickly. The two downsides are the fact that the top open door does not lie flat which is annoying as I used to balance the grill tray on it. Secondly the grill tray is heavy and has no handle. I have retained my old grill tray with a handle (which was in a fair condition) to use and have packed the brand new one away!"

"We normally buy Beko products as we have found them to reasonably priced, but we made a big mistake with this cooker first let say I do not blame AO in any way as they only sell them, firstly the grill pan does not slide in smoothly and took the enamel off the side of the grill compartment, secondly the door on the grill does not lay flat causing the user to get burnt, my wife has arthritis and could not pull the tray out properly because of it being so tight, consequently we`ve had to buy another cooker, so cannot recommend this cooker buyer beware. Sorry Beko. "
