"The oven is supplied with a good number of shelves in the oven although no handle with the grill pan is a bit poor. Still not sure why the controller insists on having the clock set before you can use the oven as we usually leave ours switched off at the wall. It's obviously nothing major but the reason why I can't give it 5 stars. The oven is made of quality materials for this price point and functions well. "
