I find so many loads I wash are a mixture of fabrics, that I mainly use the one for mixed loads, which means that on some occasions I give the heavy items such as towels an extra spin. It is easy to change the temperature of the wash. It seems to be pretty good on electricity too. It is quiet as well even when spinning. "
