"I brought this oven for my parents they have just moved into a new bungalow, mum is 80 this year and still loves to cook proper food as she puts it.
This oven is so easy to use and understand especially the grill my dad is 86 and he can easily make his favorite breakfast cheese on toast in the eye level grill.
Cleaning it is also easy just 3 trays to remove no other stays that are stuck to the side and normally hard to release so that you can clean the side of the oven.
So easy to use and easy to clean its a win, win for my mum and dad. "

"Great double oven. Easy to use and has so many different cooking methods. Haven’t even begun to use all of them. The ones I have used have cooked everything evenly and well. My daughter baked some fairy cakes and they rose perfectly. Trying a roast for the first time and can get everything in the oven as using both top and bottom ovens. Has a self cleaning function. Win win. Happy so far."

"Horrible rattling noise behind the control panel the minute I turned it on and it constantly blasts cold air at you out the front of the top oven/grill even if you only have the main oven on (at face level which is even more annoying... is this happening with everyone else??).
At the same time a whaling sound is constantly coming from this expulsion of cold air which is driving me crazy. Engineer visit hasn't rectified the noise or air problem and I'm still waiting on AO getting back to me despite saying they would call back. AND I told them it was £50 cheaper at Currys, no mention of giving me back money on their Price Match Gaurantee despite being within the specified dates and they lowered their online price that night! Not happy at all!!!"
