"The first one we had wouldn't heat up to the temperature on the dial. Had some very undercooked food! AO replaced it very promptly and without quibble so 5 stars to them. Unfortunately the second oven had exactly the same problem, so I wouldn't recommend it to anyone! Again AO exchanged it for a different make with no quibble and I am now happy with the replacement."
