no light

"It is very good for the price. However it does lose connection to the WIFI regularly. When this happens I find that I have to reset the clock each time before I can get it to work again. Also the light has stopped working after just a couple of days. I went on the Hoover site to report the fault and the model number isn't recognized so I can't report the fault.

AO service was great but Hoover, not so good."
