"The ordering and delivery process was straight forward. The delivery was on time and the packaging in good order.
When first using, we were impressed as to how fast the oven heated up. I connected the oven to our Wi-fi (which was easy), one useful feature is that it pings your phone and/or smart watch, when it reached the set temperature.
We attempted a roast joint as our first meal and followed the oven handbook suggestions instead of opting for our usual fan assisted setting. Things turned out perfect, not burnt on the outside and lovely and succulent inside. After thinking that this was beginners luck, we’ve since tried a few other recipes, all of which have turned out great.
All in all, especially for the money, this oven has some great features, cooks things as one would hope, has a nice large cooking space and has the benefit of pyrolytic cleaning (which we haven’t used yet, but based on previous experience, is brilliant). I did have my reservations as to how it would look in the flesh, as the black surround on the front looked a bit cheap on the website. It turned out to be black glass, which looks absolutely fine and blends in to my other appliances.
I would definitely recommend this oven to others, especially for the price. "
"Overall I'm happy with this oven. It looks smart, it preheats fairly quickly, it's well priced for a pyrolytic model and the timer functions and WiFi control are useful. A few things to note though:
- It's quite noisy compared to my previous oven
- The WiFi setup took quite a few attempts before connecting successfully.
- None of the included instructions were in English (but they had a QR code at the bottom for downloading the English version).
- It only came with one shelf so I'll probably end up having to buy another one."
"Good product. The WiFi control is useful, but it has to be set to the correct cooking type beforehand so the ability to switch on remotely is a bit limited. I find the most useful aspect is that it pings my phone when the required temperature is reached. "
