Products fine,service good but still waiting for other part of order.5 weeks,for a winecooler??

"Hoods great, delivery not so good.

Taken weeks, how long?No idea but I ordered it weeks ago.I've had numerous texts apologising for it being late, being delivered, no it's late being delivered, sorry its late and so on.They've also phoned my home number, despite my wife telling them I work during the day, Very polite and communicative but all I wanted was to order a wine cooler and an extractor fan and it be delivered.Still no wine cooler though."
