"Don't buy. Stopped working after just 5 months. Cheap build, and hit and miss cleaning.customer service dreadful. Returned the item to AO and exchanged it for a different brand."

"Lovely and quiet whilst it lasted. 4 months after delivery it tripped out my RCD (fuse box) with error 'tc' The Samsung engineer failed to arrive on the 1st agreed date to repair it. 1 week later an engineer arrived but within an hour of having the broken part replaced, the dishwasher stopped working again, the error code this time was 'lc'. Samsung have advised that the engineer that visited 3 hours earlier (this morning) cannot come back even though it is only 12.30. I now have to wait until 20 October for the next visit. Samsung have refused my request to replace the dishwasher even though it is clearly not fit for purpose. The only option on offer is to wait until 20 October for another the repair."
"Found it difficult to find a dishwasher with a cutlery tray rather than one of the new fancy drawers, which we don't like. Dishwasher is sleek and looks good in the kitchen. Straightforward to use. We like the quiet night time setting option too."
"We are enjoying using our new dishwasher. It was easy to unpack and install. The different programmes were easy to understand and generally it washes extremely well. The only item which needed some extra elbow grease was a pirex dish which had been used to cook a fish pie.
The only thing we do not like is the cuttlery cage. It is cumbersome and takes up more space than it should. Also we struggle to fit in our tall flutes.
We love the hidden controls and the quietness of the washing cycle"
"We generally love it. Our only issue is that the top shelf is lower than previous ones we've had, this is great for wine glasses etc, but means that our dinner plates are too tall in the bottom shelf and stop the arm spinning. "
