"Only one issue with the Samsung dishwasher and that's with the racks. The top rack has only short prongs so any bowl or plate you put in tends to fall forward or backward. The knife rack does not fold up so it's difficult to put things under it and only short glasses fit under. The little rack on the other side just gets in the way and prevents you putting cups/glasses on the side of the rack. Disappointing, the Bosch rack design was much better except for the cutlery basket which is actually very neat in the Samsung! "
"Ordering and delivery was all good. Delivered when they said and the delivery team were polite and helpful. Quietest dishwasher I've had and that's not even on the quiet setting. All good so far with my new purchase, my last Samsung dishwasher lasted 5 1/2 years. I would definitely recommend AO and the products I have had from them."
