"I ordered this dishwasher after our Bosch appliance broke down suddenly. Having never had a Samsung appliance before, I wasn’t sure what to expect, but after nearly a week of using it I am impressed so far! My Bosch appliance featured a cutlery tray and I was a little unsure about losing this option in the Samsung, but I have to say it’s for the better - there is much more room on the top rack to fit long stemmed glasses. Overall the appliance is much more spacious inside, meaning that I can fit large trays into the lower rack and still have the upper rack lowered to accommodate those glasses. The cutlery basket moves along the tines in the lower basket, meaning that I can move it into a position that suits what I am wanting to clean. Although I have yet to put plastic through the washer - notorious for staying wet after the drying cycle - everything that has been through so far has come out dry, and not scalding to touch, thanks to the self-opening door. I thought that might be a bit of a gimmicky feature, but it is so much better than being hit by a cloud of steam when you open the door! I’ve used the auto, quick wash and lower rack only wash settings so far and each one has delivered clean results. The only negative I can find is that the upper basket feels a little flimsy when pulling it in and out of the machine, but that’s really just nitpicking! "
"Excellent dishwasher. Good automatic door opening at the end of the cycle and the ability to be able to delay the start. Plenty of cycles to cover different levels of contents requiring cleaning from glasses to dirty plates and dishes."

"The cutlery container takes up a lot of room. I leave it out if I have any large items to wash. On a positive it is very quiet. "
