"The fridge freezer seems very good in that it gets really cold , and without too much noise. However, the instruction manual - both on the day to day use of the fridge freezer, and on more mechanical parts are terrible. Unclear AND incomplete.
We had to reverse the door, and there were not instructions. the videos available on the subject were laughably incomplete.
Also, no appropriate tool provided, nor specified to do it."

"Smart look but a casualty of buying a shorter fridge is that the fridge door handle lip is very low and difficult to open so you have to bend down. Would have been better placed at the side."

"This is a perfectly good little fridge–freezer: it’s the right size for a small kitchen, it has the fridge on top (which is more useful), the fridge is bigger than the freezer, etc. What you can’t see from the online listing is that it’s also quite cheaply produced, especially given the price: the brand-name is just a row of silver stickers, and the white colouring really is just surface-deep enamel paint. I glanced it very gently on the corner of the worktop as I moved it into a better position, and that’s immediately taken off the paint and revealed the metal underneath. The hinges and other fittings are concealed by equally cheap white plastic covers, which come off very easily. In short, an okay but overpriced basic unit."

"AO Excellent through purchase and delivery. The fridge freezer has only been in use a few days but does everything that is asked of it. Unpacking and installation very simple and straightforward. The only criticism I have is a simple one of design: the handles for opening the refrigerator portion are located at an uncomfortably low level given it will be used most frequently. The user will naturally go to the top of the door to open or close. There is no handle here where it really should have been sited. Artistically it looks good lower down but have to query the functionality. Where it not for this point would have awarded 5 stars rather than 4"
