"This product was faulty from day one. The freezer is meant to be frost free but the seal is so poorly fitted aer leaks in and frost builds up. They replaced the seal and the issue is still there as now the gap is on a different side of the door. Beyond ridiculous.
Not to mention it took them 1 month and 2 weeks to change the seal because they had to order the part as Hisense don’t keep any parts in stock.
Really poor quality and customer service appalling as well. Had to argue with them to come and assess the freezer.
Do not buy Hisense. Everyone that jumps on here and they claim this fridge freezer is amazing are paid.
AO don’t take any responsibility and told me to deal with Hisense and Hisense are completely shambolic.
I wish I had paid a bit more and not have this drama to deal with.

"Excellent appliance. The fridge is spacious and the freezer is also a good size with pull out drawers.
It is quiet in operation, the light in the fridge is bright and overall seems to be well made.
Also, no signs of any frost in either the fridge or freezer. "
