"Ordered this fridge-freezer as my 20 Year old one finally gave up on us . As we have been shielding through this pandemic we couldn’t afford to be without one. It’s fabulous. Taken everything from the old one plus room for more. We won’t go hungry now for definite.
And it’s quiet , something the old one definitely wasn’t. Pleased as punch would describe how I feel about it. "

"Just upgraded several kitchen appliances and wanted to get everything to blend in with each other, without having to buy all the same brands.
We loved the look of this Hisense fridge freezer when we first saw it, in particular, the black dividing strip between the fridge door and the freezer door, this may seem trivial, but considering the vast majority of fridge freezers, at this price point, are simply plain white, it really does make a difference!
As a result, this fridge freezer looks fantastic in our kitchen and the black dividing line does blend each appliance beautifully.
Once it has reached its desired temperature after the initial switch on, the fridge has maintained a constant temperature and keeps everything lovely and cool.
The freezer is working equally as well too.
The doors stay firmly closed, but do take a few minutes getting the appliance levelled correctly before switching on, useful if you can get someone to assist with this, one tip it back slightly, whilst the other adjust the relevant feet, it may take a few goes to get it just right, but it's not a difficult task, just a but of too and frow! (Basically you don't want it to wobble unevenly, once adjusted correctly, it won't move. Feet are simply turned by hand, no tools needed).
The appliance does make a few odd noises during operation, kind of moans and groans, like a creaky door, ha ha, but we don't mind it in the least, it's actually rather amusing to be honest.
It's nothing more than the gas and compressor, nothing to worry about at all.

"Recently purchased this item to replace our old freezer. Old freezer was still working but was leaking water onto the floor due to its continuous habit of defrosting itself every few days. This had been a problem since purchase and despite various attempts to fix the issue it was never resolved. We decided not to purchase another product by the manufacturer of our previous freezer. The new item is much quieter than the older one but I am a little disappointed because this freezer is also leaking water but at a much lower volume and frequency. Perhaps this is a problem with all frost free freezers but I was disappointed when I saw this. Apart from the water issue the freezer is a good product. "
