"So far I'm really pleased with the oven. It's got a great size capacity, 2 full size trays/shelves and 2 racks were included and lots of functions. The only negatives I have so far are knowing which oven setting to use as there are so many and the plastic rings around the dials/knobs are a little loose rather than stuck down which hampers the quality feel, but this is minor.
Unfortunately my appliance arrived slightly damaged (a small imperfection/dent in the metal fascia) , which is a real shame but unrelated to the product. "
