"I’ve had this machine for a week now and I have to say that so far I’m very impressed. I was a little dubious before purchasing as Haier isn’t what I think of as an established brand. I’d never heard of them before but I decided to take a punt after comparing them with other major brands. I’m glad I did. The build quality is excellent and the features and choice of cycles is on par with most machines of this type. I can’t speak for longevity having only had it a week but I’m impressed so far. The spin cycle is so quiet I can have a normal conversation while I’m stood next to it, this is a vast improvement on my old machine which sounded like a jumbo jet taking off. My one and only gripe is the weight of the machine. It’s very heavy and can be difficult to move in to a space under the kitchen counter. That aside, I would definitely recommend this machine. "

"I LOVE this washer/ dryer. Purchased this brand as we previously bought an American Fridge Freezer of the same brand and it has done us no wrong in functionality, aesthetics and price point. So when my Samsung washing machine was on its last legs we started looking at Samsung again.... until we found Haier did washing machines! Looked at all the reviews and actually it came out on top over Samsung - vest bit it was literally half the price of what we were looking for from Samsung and has a 5 year warranty! Now I am absolutely not bashing Samsung, I love them! All our tech in our house is that brand but I am starting to love Haier just as much. The machine looks so modern and sleek. It's unbelievably quiet and so user friendly. For the wee bit extra we upgraded to a washer dryer, rather than just a washer. It is superb. Can set it to a wash/ dry program and don't need to interfere at all. Exceptionally clean and dry and honestly wouldn't even know it was on and running compared to my last machine. Very pleased with this purchase after doing my homework and reading hundreds out of thousands of reviews. If you're on a budget but want functionality that is up there with the big boys - this is a winner! "

"I just love it!... we would never have been able to afford this without help from a dear friend who told us with a washer dryer you need to spend a little more and although we have nothing to compare it to as it's our first but on reading reviews on others we think we have a pretty sufficient one. Washes well, we love the light that comes on in the drum, yes in the drum! Amazing.. quiet and as we only have a tiny home its the most perfect 2 in 1 "

"I was a bit skeptical at the beginning and I did not know the brand, but the looks and the features on offer made me bite the bullet with no reviews available.
Pros:
- its 82 kg, so a very sturdy machine made with long lasting materials. The whole outer body is metal as well, not plastic as many other brands.
- Great looks and truly silent operation, during the spin phase the difference is very noticeable vs our previous washer dryer.
- lots of programes to choose from, including a 20`C delicate function.
- The machine weights the clothes to be washed first and calculates the optimal wash time, saving quite a bit of water and time for smaller washes.
- The dryer seems to be doing a very decent job too.
- The beeper can be adjusted, so if you don`t want to machine to let you know it`s finished, you can switch it off.
- There is a handy light inside the drum, at any point this can be triggered to see how the wash is looking.
Cons:
- not too many cons at this point in time, but there some features that seems to be a bit more complicated than it should be.
- The drain function can only be achieved with a spin @ 0 rpm. its a bit twisted as for the first time you need to refer to the handbook on how to do this
- the beeping function can be adjusted, however, when in beeping mode, everything beeps, including selecting programs, and that is unnecessary for me.
- Seems like the drying needs to go from start to finish. Opening the door before the drying is finished seems to be very complicated (switch machine off, put on drain function etc). Which is a safety measure, so it is useful for some household, but not for mine.
