"Replaced the door filter three times but it wears down over time and ends up ripping clothing because of a recurring issue with the mould.
Have used this for two years and tried to workaround the problem in dozens of ways and I'm convinced there's just a design floor with the door filter, so will end up having to get rid of this and replace it with a different dryer."

"Started off really well but soon became awful. In the 2.5 years we’ve had this we have had an engineer out to fix it twice. Unlike previous machines I have had, the bottom filter can’t be pulled out to clean, even with regular cleaning with a brush/hoover, wet grime builds up and I have to scrape it out with difficulty. Won’t buy one like this again. "
