"It's heavy, it's sturdy, it's loud, meet my new favorite!!! This little baby is capable of BIG things. We used it on our terrace and everything just works. Selecting songs, changing users, low levels, high levels with lots of basses: this speaker does it all. LG: you made an almost perfect product. I just have to test it a little bit more to make sure it is actually a perfect product. Oh !!! A tip: as the speaker gets messy quite quickly: clean it with an alcohol and ammonia-free screen cleaner. In a nutshell: the build quality and sound quality are very good. I should have bought this earlier."

"This LG XBOOM Go PL7 speaker has changed how I clean my home. The sound quality is phenomenal with a lovely balance of base and treble. First impression it is very stylish, with a sleek rounded design, it’s a perfect size easy to handle and setting up was so easy. Connected to my iPhone and the music started playing with mood lights on the ends of the speaker. It has a fantastic app that navigates with the speaker to change the colour settings. Waterproof too which is brilliant as my kids can be very clumsy not to mention myself. The battery lasts for very long time I used it over a course of 4 days for approximately 5 hours a day and it was still going. Super up beat with fab technology helping me control the speaker with just my voice. On the loudest setting you can hear the beautiful high quality music from down the street as if it’s a mega speaker clear as day no interruption. "

"The product turned up beautifully presented and just in time for my son's outdoor 3rd birthday party. We tested it out initially, charge time was great, and my son loved to various colour settings and touching the vibrations. The sound was clear and the base excellent. We then used it in the garden for a barbecue and our neighbours all asked us where we had got it from and where they could get one. We used it at the birthday party, outdoors, for around 15 children and it went down a treat particularly during pass the parcel. Overall, it is a 5 star for me, easy to get set-up, connect to your phone (I haven't had a drop off yet), looks sleek and is easy to transport. The only downside would be that it doesn't come with a branded carrier bag or case which I would be happy to pay a bit extra for - nevertheless I picked up a mini backpack for it. Update: Continues to be an outstanding product, superb quality and I have used it at a couple of localised sports events. Everyone commented on how sleek it looks and the quality of the sound. "

"The LG Zoom PL7 is a mid sized cylindrical Bluetooth speaker which you can transported in one hand but due to its weight and size is more easier to carry with two hands. The controls are on the top, speaker to the front and base vibrations and LED lights are sites on the moveable ends. There is a lift up section to the rear where there are controls to pair a few speakers, adjust the LED lights and there are auxillary lead, USB ports and the charging point. The charging lead is included however it does not come with a USB lead. Basic instructions were provided. The speaker paired to my phone and tablet straight away – so easy. The speaker has great sound which is further enhanced by the sound boost button. There are a variety of light settings you can choose from via the controls on the speaker or you can choose to switch the lights off. I downloaded the LG XBOOM app which allows you pick and play music off your device, generate a playlist, control the choice of lights settings and level of intensity of the lights as well as access the sound boost. The app provides you with more flexibility without having to keep adjust the actual speaker. The speaker allows you to answer calls from your phone and it also keeps its charge for quite some time as well although this is shorten if the LED lights are used. I would definitely recommend this product as it’s got great sound, fantastic lights, is easy to use, is portable and also looks great in any room or in the garden. I've attached a photo of the PL7, the LG XBOOM app screen and the PL7 against the smaller PL2 to compare the sizes. "

"The LG PL7 XBOOM has the best audio I have heard come out of a portable speaker. It fills the room and is great in the garden but it does not have any smart device integrated so it needs to be connected to a phone or computer to play audio.
The speaker has great bass and crisp mid tones with a long long battery life and also a nice light show that the kids love."

"The XBOOM Go PL7 speakers have an amazing high quality sound which is what impressed me the most. The sound is sharp and has a high amount of bass even without the sound boost on. I listen to music with high bass and so this is perfect for me and I really get to hear very aspect of instruments and bass in the music. It is great when relaxing or when entertaining. The speakers are very easy to connect to your phone via Bluetooth. It was easy to find and pair and I was connected in seconds, which is useful when you want to listen to music straight away. It also does not disconnect or lose the pairing signal and it remains connected even when my phone is in another room. The sound boost is also additional advantage to boost the sound and bass to enhance your music experience. The changing lights is also a great feature which moves with the beat and so it is a great visual and party feature. This can also be turned off to save the battery life. I would recommend using the accompanying app as you can control the sound, lights and also play music from the app. I am very impressed with the battery life which lasts a considerable long time. I have only charged it a few times since having it and I listen to music a lot throughout the day, when at home. The speaker is compact and has smooth and slim look and I am able to move it around my home. Although the speaker is small, it is rather heavy in weight and so not very portable to take outside of the home. However the sound quality is the biggest factor from a compact speaker, and it looks and sounds great in my home."
