"A really basic fan oven that just gets it right. It's a good size, comes with 2 shelves plus bottom tray, and cooks evenly front to back (not quite so even top to bottom). One quirk is the door rattles even when you close it gently - I believe this is a good sign that the door is making a tight seal to the oven, so is not wasting any heat."
