"Purchased this from AO in December 2020, after 9 months it would not start, after waiting several weeks of Beko's terrible after care service and 2 engineers later it finally worked again. Fast forward to April 2022 and it has just flooded my kitchen via the detergent drawer. Apparently there has since been an upgrade of the drawer on newer models after faults were found but as this is over the 1 year guarantee Beko are not honouring this change, would cost £160 for repair. Today AO delivered a Bosch and the Beko has gone outside for the metal scrap collector, best place for it. I would never purchase anything Beko again. "

"Product is of good solid build quality and is very quiet. There's a comprehensive range of washing options including the ability to speed up cycles or add additional items of clothing after a cycle has started (say you dropped an item on the floor on the way to the machine). Very happy with it over all. "
