"Works perfectly, simple to use interface, does everything it needs to do, good racks, top rack has with enough space for small-medium wine glasses and a flip down piece to lean them against. Good that it has a half load button and good variety of temperature selections.
Came with all required fittings, had it set up and running within half an hour of delivery! Also comes with some sticky-back soundproofing foam to attach to the bottom - instructions for the foam were a bit generic but I made it work for this machine anyway and seems to be good, especially useful as I am on the top floor of an apartment block and don't want to annoy downstairs neighbours! This meant that we could not use the item for a week while we were waiting for the repairer to call. Arranging for the operative's attendance was extremely time-consuming and irritating; a very poor after-sales service experience for my wife, who is partially sighted."
