"Bought Beko 6th July broke down 3 times finally replaced by AO in Oct. Due to an internal water leak. Although Beko help line staff were very pleasant, we had to wait a week each time for the engineer to arrive. Needed to ring at 8.00 am or had to wait for up to an hour for someone to answer the phone. Finally we were told to contact AO for a replacement. Very pleasant man sorted it out in minutes, we opted to change it for a Hotpoint of the same price which seems to be of better quality."
