Disappointed that the main oven only had one shelf! I have to take the shelf out of top oven to cook 2 or more items together. "

"Good value for money. Units are sturdy and seem good quality for the price. I only docked the star because the instruction manual is very sparse and it was difficult to fully understand the instructions/diagrams. Also the marking of the controls are difficult to read. Otherwise excellent service from AO who also took away the old units and installed the new ones. Excellent."
