"Bought this TV and as soon as I switched it on a big grey area appeared in the screen. Got in touch with AO who got in touch with Toshiba who agreed to send a replacement the next day. That one arrived and had exactly the same issue a huge grey patch in the middle of the screen. Appeared only when watching dark movies. Still trying to get a refund from AO as Toshiba are dragging their heals over it. Have bought a new TV now from another company as 2 TVs both with the same issue was just too much. If I could’ve given a minus star I would’ve but I can’t. Will never buy a Toshiba product again. Toshiba have and continue to be very unhelpful. Keep asking for the same information over and over again. "
"Really good tv - value for money for the specifications it has. 50 inch, and very light to handle. A tv engineer put the tv up on the tv brackets within 10 minutes. "
