"My first heat pump tumble drier, replacing an 18yr old Creda condenser dryer, so had no preconceived ideas as how it would perform. It has lived upto my expectations so far - easy to use, reminds you to empty the lint basket, everything seems accessible, and drys really well. So far pretty impressed, although one gripe is the door opens the wrong way for me, and although we have attempted to reverse it, the white plastic housing on the door latch doesn't seem to want to come off, but it doesn't impede usage "
