"We ordered this product as we didn’t have a drainage point close by and it has a drainage tank at the top, that is easily removed when full (the machine notifies you when to do so). It has great capacity for our family of 2 adults and 2 small children. The energy efficiency rating appealed to us along with it’s colour and styling to match our existing appliances. It is simple and easy to use, with a variety of settings to choose from. It was easy to install and has the option of drainage with a hose included. The only minor niggle that I have is the door opens from the left, which can be changed over but the instructions seem quite complicated for doing this and may not be suited to those less DIY-minded. Otherwise very impressed all round with the style, design and quality for its price bracket. Would definitely recommend!"

"Very easy to set up. Instructions easy to follow. I was replacing an old vented tumble dryer so totally different to use, great that you can select your program and just wait for it to finish. "

"I brought my My Beko heat pump dryer and it looks fantastic, dries clothes much faster then I thought. It's a bit louder but this dont disturb me. Very easy to install and operate. Im very happy from my purchase. "

"Brilliant, little heat sent into kitchen since it uses heat pump technology which means most of the heat goes into the washing and not the kitchen. The heat was welcome in winter but not the cost, since it uses electricity rather than gas to create that surplus heat."
