"Very pleased with my purchase. New machine replaced an older Beko that had given good service but had become noisy. This new one is much quieter, but not silent. Physics mean spinning at 1400rpm will make some noise. I really like the customisable programmes, easy even for a 60 year old technophobe. Spin speeds and temperatures can both be adjusted with in each set program. This means a 40c wash can be spun at 1400rpm in 38 minutes, if you choose. Longer times, higher/lower temps and other spins are available. The large 9kg drum saves energy/money as fewer loads are need, although I think it will probably become the new standard. Made in Turkey, so not shipped half way around the world on a container ship, saving money and energy. I live in a hard water area, if this one last like my previous Beko I will be delighted. "

"Great machine. Another member of my family has the same one so it was easy for me to decide on this one. Good programs, cleans well and clothes come out smelling fresh. The big 9kg drum also took a whole king sized 7 tog duvet. It's also rather quiet and doesn't bother me or anyone else in my flat. "

"Overall I'm very pleased with my new washing machine. It is generally quiet and efficient. The drum seems a larger than my last Beko and takes 9kg loads rather than 8 kg.
I have had to re-spin loads a number of times, despite the 1400 rpm spin rate, which is annoying, and laundry seems to take longer to dry in my tumble drier. I'm not sure if this is linked to having slightly larger loads.
My only other gripe is that at the end of the wash cycle the programme lights remain on. I waited a while the first time, as I thought the programme hadn't finished.
I think the machine is good value for what I paid, and does the job very well, apart from the occasional problem with spin."

"Delivery was perfect and on time. Washing machine is working well and we have had no issues. Washing loads are efficient, and it has loads of settings. Very happy with the purchase."
