"The very first day the machine started to leak. The manufacturers promised to attend after 3 wks as they are very busy. In their opinion they machine cannot leak so we have done something to it. Lets see if and when they arrive what they will do as they said we will charge you £50 for attending to the new machine.
Appliance online refused to take back even in the cooling period of 14 days. Nor would replace with samsung machine by paying the difference.
Loose loose situation all the way.
If I get know joy then next step would be to involve office of fair trading. Lets hope this does not come to that."

"Easy to use, good value for money, quiet can hardly hear it, has a timer to let you know how long is left, washes clothes great, nice delivery drivers, it arrived on time and would recommend to anyone. lady on the phone from Ao was really nice, easy to talk to and was able to have a normal decent conversation which is rare thesedays. Put cover on the washing machine as a just in case because fed up of keep having to buy one lol. Ive brought a fridge freezer off Ao before, works perfect and this is why i ended up getting a washing machine from Ao.

"Working like a dream after replacing a very old Beko washing machine that was extremely noisy. This one is very suitable for open plan living and even at 1400rpm spin is relatively quiet. Very easy to operate and the quick wash setting seems to be the 'go to' one and certainly works well."
