"The software loaded with the TV is awful. Apps constantly freezing, sometimes requiring the TV to be switched off at the wall to restart.
Ambilight is good and sound is okay, however the TV is useless without a FireStick or similar and for a new smart TV I would not expect this."

"Biit underwhelmed if I’m honest. Struggling to get a decent picture as colours are very strange. Anything red threatens to burn your retina, darks are blurry and unless you’re sitting right in front the picture looks washed out. Also bought a sound bar, and when it works the sound is good, but we keep on getting sound from both tv and sound bar together. The manual (only available online) is not helpful. Hoping that if we ever have time to wade through it we may be able to work it out. Until then it is just the most infuriating tv we’ve ever owned!!"
