"In the lockdown my dishwasher broke and was advised to buy a new one. I used ao.com for the first time. Easy to order, very quick delivery and they collected my broken one. I knew the day is was to be delivered and approx time. I was phoned by the driver 10 minutes before they delivered the dishwasher and they put it inside my property. I really could not fault any part of the process. Would I buy from ao.com again - certainly. Well done to them in difficult times. By the way dishwasher really good. I must say I am surprised at quality. "
