"Ordering with AO is so simple and easy. Order on line or if you have queries give them a call, quick to answer the phone and very helpful. Standard delivery time good at 4 to 5 days, paying extra for next day is disappointing as other competitors do offer next day free but their prices for appliances are not so good. Good communication process re delivery and times. I always use AO.com. Product looks great and working fine."
