"For the money, this is a good, compact television which suits a studio flat and gives a good quality picture and audio, and access to a multitude of Freeview channels. Straightforward to install, too. All you need is a screwdriver!"

AO customer service put me in touch with Phillips who keep fobbing me off asking me to send examples of the problem
I have done this many times but they now use my internet signal as an excuse
My Wi-Fi is super powerful and worlds perfectly on every other device in my home
So now lm going to approach trading standards
I have never written a review in my life but this is beyond belief and has been going on since before Christmas

"The Philips TV arrived and within 30 minutes from unpacking the item it was up and running and SO easy to install. Far better than our old Toshiba, brilliant colour, high definition and brilliant sound. We couldn't be better pleased. How technology has advanced items today, quite staggering !
