"Can't comment on durability as only just had it.
Machine itself seems better than one that cost £200 more. The drum is larger (good for washing duvets), it washes better, its easier to use (can change the next cycle on the fly), its far quieter. Bang for buck its hard to see how you could do better.
Also first time I've used ao.com and I'm very impressed with there service, will be my first choice for future purchases."

"Machine arrived during allotted time slot, and brought into hall as requested. We struggled with how to release the drum as the instructions were wrong. You would think the company would give clearer instructions. First lot of washing in at the moment so can't really comment on performance yet."

"very pleased with my purchase. Easy to use and like having a larger 9kg drum. Very quiet running with plenty of different programs to use. I like how the machine has a count down time for each program displayed on the front of the machine and on the spin cycle the machine does not vibrate heavily"
