"Good sound, although likes to slip out of my ears and not firm enough (I think this is an issue with my ears though as I've had the same problems with others) comfortable when in ears and great volume control. I really like the app which lets you manage the sound such as bass, or immersive, and lets you customise tapping features so you can change volume by tapping three times on your earpod, etc. I like the case and charging is very simple, comes with a lead but also works with any USB-C charger which I found very helpful as I have a phone with this charger."
