"Unfortunately I’m not happy with my purchase at all. The TV is slow, the operating system is really bad. Netflix and Prime lag so badly.
The worst problem with this TV is the picture quality, I don’t even think it’s 4K. I’ve messed around with the picture settings to try and get something good but I can’t.
The only good thing about this TV is Ambilight.
Currently talking to Phillips for a resolution as this is poor. "

"Rubbish, a £650 tv that freezes every other day and the only way to solve the issue is to turn it off and on, on the plug switch, which in my case is behind the wall mounted tv. Had to take it off the wall 12 times before deciding to buy an extension lead to make switching it off and on easier. Not ideal when cables are wanted to be hidden. Not even 2 months old and Apps don't work anymore. It started freezing after 1 month. AO doesn't offer any support about a replacement or problems when I click on recent purchases as it's just vanished leaving only Phillips contact details. Phillips who then say will take it away and refurbish the original one weeks later after 40 minutes of having a technician asking if any of the buttons are responsive. Avoid and buy a different brand ! Can't believe I've paid this much money for some fancy lights !"

"Picture quality second to none, you can really see the difference in clarity compared to my old digital tv. The ambilight is a good feature and is instant which is good, you can also switch this off if watching sports football springs to mind as this can give you rather too much greenery, definitely needs the use of a good sound bar though as the sound quality is not as quoted. Overall a very good tv easy to set up and install looking forward to seeing all the wildlife programmes "
