" Carefully unloaded and set up. Delivery team careful and cleaned up behind them. Only reason not 5 star we were not informed beforehand that we could not switch it on for 6 hours so some food had to be dumped as it had thawed."

"So we had a rubbish end to the year. Clutch on the went, boiler packed up and to top it off the fridge freezer packed up too. I've had appliances from ao.com before so I had no hesitation at all to get online and find a new fridge freezer with these guys. If they did clutches and boilers I'd have bought these too!! A second to non service from start to finish. Within five days of ordering our shiny new Beko fridge freezer was here.
I'd recommend ao.com 100%. A brilliant service.
