"Bought as a back-up to the kitchen fridge & freezer, to have out in the garage, this product is great. The only criticism is that I wasn’t asked about the door opening. I’m left-handed and prefer doors opening from the right-hand side but this opens from the left. "

"I have only had the fridge-freezer a week, but it has worked perfectly during that period. It's a bit early to tell if the freezer is truly frost free.
My last fridge-freezer was a Beko. It worked perfectly for about 10 years until I moved house. It was not frost free, but it only needed defrosting about once every 2 or 3 years.
My new fridge freezer has the same foot print as the last one but is slightly taller. It fits easily into the fridge space in my kitchen. Internally the freezer is the lower half with the fridge above. Therefore, the space for the mechanical parts is behind the bottom shelf of the freezer.
The machine is supposed to be split 50/50 fridge/freezer. I use the freezer more than the fridge. The fridge space seems to have grown more than the freezer space compared to my last fridge-freezer. This is possibly due to the positioning of the mechanical parts.
When the fridge was delivered, I let it stand for a few hours as advised. When I switched on the electricity, there was a slight delay of a few seconds before it started humming. It is a bit quieter than previous fridges that I have owned. Bigger too, so there is plenty of room for a selection of frozen meat, fish and veg.
After turning it on for the first time, I put a small glass of water in the freezer while I went to the super market to stock up. It was frozen solid by the time I returned."
