"I bought this to replace what I thought was a noise prone old fridge. In retrospec I wish I had bought a manual defrost one. Being frost free the freezer has a fan that runs quite often. The fan is not silent and it sometimes makes the freezer drawers rattle. I am very sensitive to noise so what may seem irritating to me you may find ok. The compressor noise is quiet, just a light high frequency buzz. The fan makes it sound worse. It is supposed to be 39db."
