"You'll be delighted with the washing machine, but maddened by the gibberish that passes for an 'instructions leaflet'.
Like most users, I find I need three or four different washing machine settings-(how many different types of fabric are there, after all?). Hoover, in its wisdom however, has made a demoralising nightmare of its 12-page tome on how to use the darned thing.
Took away any pleasure on buying a perfectly good appliance."
