"Drum doesn't sound right. Got in touch with Hoover straight away. They said they'd send someone out to look at this. One week on, still no one has been. Ao called to ask about product-said they'd put me through to customer service as unhappy but cut me off twice! Poor customer service. "

"Great washer, 9Kg is a really good size for my family of three - I managed to get a double duvet in there. The black looks nice and it's really easy to work. The Hoover app worked fine, just not sure I would ever use it."
