"Terrible product. It was working fine for one year so basically warranty period. As soon that past within 2 months we had 4 times someone to come and fix it. Every time it was different part broken, we are waiting again for engineer to come and fix it. We purchased it in January 2021 and in February 2022 problems started. We have April and 4th visit to this washer/dryer. It is a joke"

"Very happy with this product. Large drum - can fit noticeably more than my previous washer dryer. Both the washer and dryer functions work well. I've only tried a couple of programmes so far but it's easy to use. Extremely quiet! "
"The first two were delivered faulty third time lucky, Machine washes and fries well as it should do as its a washer dryer."
