The only real problem with it is that the buttons aren’t particularly sensitive and can be hard to register when trying to change setting. Find the auto dose function fab, along with the various different settings for drying. All in all, would’ve given it a five if the buttons were a little easier to use. "

"Great machine for the money. Ao delivery was brilliant as per usual, always kept up to date with the status of the order. Tracker on the van to tell you how far away and they ring when theyre within 30 mins.
The machine looks brilliant in graphite. Nice big drum is all we need for our family with two under 3! Connecting to wifi and using the app was really easy (5mins including downloading the app). We are in a modern 3 bed terrace, its at back of house and router at front. We only ever use it on the wifi setting and always use the app to choose our programs and edit them, a lot easier than working out all the different synbols on the machine. Number of wash choices is incredible! Wash + dry times can seem long, but our usual takes about 3h 30mins total for a wash and dry of a good size load. The app tells you which programmes are right for what load weight. If its been really full then sometimes big items like hoodies arent totally dry but an hour on radiator and theyre sorted. If youre short on space then its a great appliance, barely ever anything that doesnt come out dry for us on the "wardrobe dry" setting. The autodose is quite nice, just whack in the washing and set it going rather than faffing with bottles and tabs each time. I think we get about 15 washes before filling detergent, about 7-10 for softener (but the softener compartment is half the size).
Its super quiet. Compared to our old washer its amazing. We can have it on and have a quiet conversations stood right next to it. First wash i told my wife it was just starting the spin and she couldnt hear it in our living room.
Its our first washer dryer, it does get a lot of lint build up on the door glass and seal each wash. Dont know if this is normal for washer dryers, we just clean the seal after each cycle to be safe. Its really not that big of a deal compared to the inconvenience of having a clothes airer up all week like we used to have.
The app also tracks the machines maintenance level, and will tell you when and how to clean the filter and set it on a self cleaning cycle.
Great product. We've had it 2 weeks now.
Might be more pricey to run than seperate machines but if you havent got space then you havent got the option. "

"I was very impressed at the ease of ordering the product. Delivery and installation were super efficient. Unfortunately I have had some issues with product but gave had exceptional service from AO.com to try and resolve the issues. Would highly recommend for price and service"

"Loving it so far, the only reason I’ve dropped a star is because the buttons are just about impossible to use. Maybe I’m just not pressing them “right” but for touch buttons I seem to have to press them really hard to get them to register. This in turn made setting up the Wi-fi app pretty tricky, but now that’s done I can ignore the buttons altogether (also had to disable the 5ghz Wi-fi on my router to pair the app, but can just re-enable it after)"
