"Item delivered as informed , unloaded and placed conveniently. We unwrapped it and disposed of the polystyrene and plastic sheeting. We installed it and commissioned it It has performed as expected and we hope for as many years service as the previous machine which is still in use. "
"The machine is a little bit noisier than expected but still quieter than my old one. It has a nice large door that opens fully, however the hinge looks very fragile and I will have to take extra care with how I handle it.
Overall happy with the machine but the guarantee is a bit of a con I think for the money."

"Easy to use and aesthetically pleasing - doesn’t have a large ‘black tyre’ door on the front which seems to be the latest trend! Easily controlled with your smart phone and so simple to connect up. Not too noisy - you can still have a conversation in the room whilst it is on."
