"I’ve not had the washer long, and in terms of getting things clean, it does just fine, though it is perhaps a little noisier than my previous appliance, so perhaps not great if you have it in an open plan area. You can connect to it via WiFi from an app, and the process for that is straightforward, but let’s face it, you have to load and empty it, so it brings little benefit other than seeing how long is left.
What, surprisingly was a challenge was the installation process. I elected to install it myself, having installed washing machines on a few occasions previously. The washer comes with four ‘screws’ which hold things in place for shipping and which you have to remove. Removal however proved to be more difficult that removing wheel nuts from a car by quite some margin and at one point I thought I might end up rounding off the nut shaped heads. Ensure you have a socket set to hand if you buy this machine and plan to install it yourself. Secondly you have to fit a plastic panel underneath, for which you really need two people so one can tip the machine.
In short, it washes fine, installation is more difficult than it should be."

"Good value for money but the programs are not obvious or intuitive
had to spend quite a while looking at the manual to work out which programs did what, didn't have to do that with previous machines.
I especially wanted easy iron mode which was listed in filters when purchased but on arrival could not find it - BTW its day night mode ! "
