"Superb machine . Built like a space ship . But when you get your settings worked out it is as smooth and quiet as you like . Wouldn’t even know it’s on . The drum is an awesome size for our constant revolving house of 5 washing piles ."
"Well the washing machine is fabulous but imagine my shock when I went to register it - D&G are the company you have to register it with. I was then informed by the operator that I would need to take out annual maintenance insurance because even in the first year of full 12 months warranty and with the stated 10yr parts warranty it wouldn’t cover wear and tear - specifically if the drum breaks we wouldn’t be covered under warranty even if it broke down within the first month. I argued that I this couldn’t be the case but I was told he has made a note on our file and that I was wrong to think that 12 months guarantee covers parts like the drum !! I then checked directly with Hoover and have printed off their warranty cover and contract and as I first thought the machine is definitely covered. Very unhappy with the underhand approach from D&G and think it will make me think twice about buying through AO again. Which is a shame as they have otherwise been very good. The delivery guys were excellent. "

"Quiet (or at least quieter than my last machine), excellent load capacity, and I LOVE that you can pause it within the first couple of minutes and add to the load. The choice of cycles covers everything I need and it has features I probably won’t even use too! Bottom line: washing comes out clean and well spun, what more do you need?"
"Brilliant washing machine, the large drum is invaluable with a large family. A variety of cycles to choose from. I’ve not tried the WiFi feature yet"
