"Great product , super efficient, quiet , the large capacity drum making life so much easier .
Our previous machine would take 3-4 hours per cycle the all in one programme completes now in 55 minutes .
Four washes in the time it used to take 1 .
Just need the chief ironer to speed up now !!! "

"Very quiet, it doesn't vibrate or shake when on its final spin, only down side is you can't have both pre wash and extra rinse on the same cycle but it's not a deal breaker. Very little movement from shaking/vibrating, used to have to reposition my previous 9kg machine after every wash as it "walked" and couldn't turn it on at night because of it vibrating against the kitchen units- in comparison this one is like night and day. All in all very happy..."

"I received this yesterday and its quite frankly terrible the writing round the dial looks like its drawn on by a child the videos of this machine show an auto dosing drawer one of the main reasons I bought this then I spent the whole day trouble shooting connecting to WiFi and it still won't work app crashes and is just overall terrible I have tried calling hoover and can't get through after trying 4 times 30 minutes a time I gave up I don't expect to have to go through this hassle next time I will buy from someone else that is easier for returns I am 100 percent unhappy with this machine and I am now out of pocket do not touch this machine "
