"Had to purchase a new tumble dryer as my old one developed a fault. After a lot of research, I decided to go with a heat pump tumble dryer and this one ticked all the boxes. I am so pleased I went with this one. It has gone beyond my expectations. We are a large family so rely a lot on a tumble dryer and needed one quickly. Everywhere else I tried was at least 1-2 week wait time which we would have struggled to do. I have never used AO before until now as they were the only one who could deliver in 2 days. I won’t be going anywhere else in future as I can’t fault them or the product"

"So far we are delighted but haven’t tried all the programmes yet. AO delivery went very well too! Spot on! I’m not very good with technology, but have found this really easy to use. I was a little bit worried before it arrived that it would be too complicated!
